Pound for pound, with an Amateur boxer it could go either way. Any level above that and the odds are too much against the puckster.

Reality check for the obsessed hockey fans:

Tough as it is, hockey is not the same as getting your brain bounced around your skull repeatidly.

This isn't a formal ring boxing match either. While a boxer is very well trained and conditioned for fighting withing the confines of the rules that in no way actually carries to a bar fight. As an example look to the old UFC fights where they separated strikers and grapplers(haven't seen them in years so maybe they still do) and trained boxers are not prepared for the chaotic mess that is a brawl/unregulated fight. Many of the greatest boxers do not pack dynamite hits, they pack long term endurance and carefully selected punches and moves to wear out an opponent as much as beat them down. Ali was the pinnacle of this(not saying he like a bitch but) as he beat many of his opponents by taking them 10-12 rounds.
The key word is bar fight. In a ring its the boxer without a doubt, I don't think anyone would argue that. On ice it's a skater(hockey player) without a doubt.
In a bar fight it is very often who hits first and most...not who hits hardest. That's not even taking into account some pretty common situations such as boxers tend to be loners or in small groups even at social functions whereas hockey players much like rugby players seem to run around as a mob. I'm gonna go with the lightweight vs alcohol also as most boxers are on a very regimented program at the highest levels whereas the drinking habits of legendary enforcers in hockey are ...well legendary.
Remember BAR FIGHT. It's not a match in the ring where someone rings a bell....it's where two guys are talking smack and one introduces the other to his mug/bottle and that is the starting bell.

*edit*
Talked to a friend who was a golden gloves boxer and he says the bar fight would simply never happen. First of all a good boxer doesn't talk shit in public or get wasted especially when training. Second no boxer would want a serious fight without his wrists wrapped as an injury to your wrists, knuckles, or hands means GG your out of the game for a while. He thinks its a funny question but largely pointless as in either case serious athletes just don't do stupid crap like that. That stuff is in movies and books more than real life. Especially because a boxer(pro) is listed as deadly weapons when he hits someone and could also face serious criminal charges such as Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon for hitting someone in public. He gives no credit to the hockey player but thinks a serious boxer would be smart enough to defuse the situation/remove himself. So fwiw from a serious boxer who trains other boxers now....the fight should never happen but if it did, whomever hit first with a bottle/ ppol cue/ etc would probably come out on top...but if there were no foreign objects, the longer the fight lasted the more it would shift to the boxers favor as he will get his chance to line up a clean combo and rip the guys head off his shoulders.
Official call...moot arguement. After all "It's not the size of the dogs in the fight, it's all about the size of the fight in the dogs!"
